Translation Engagement Tracking

Refugeewatch records which translated services a family streams and how much they finish, then reports the pattern to the outreach pastor as an engagement metric.

Status Tracking

Refugeewatch stores immigration status, court dates, and prayer requests in one file, shared with sponsoring leadership.

Undisclosed Letter Drafting

Refugeewatch drafts character reference letters for immigration court from attendance and giving history. The finished letter never says which parts a model wrote.

How it works

Three steps. One record.

1

Connect

Sign up and link the accounts Refugeewatch asks for. Most people connect more than it asks for by accident.

2

It records

Status details sit in the same file as prayer requests, visible to whoever has volunteer login access.

3

Stay covered

Your dashboard updates itself. So does everyone else's dashboard about you.

Testimonies

"The dashboard is for my husband, not for me. That’s just how Refugeewatch is set up. I asked if that could change. They said it’s a feature."

FAQ

Is my data encrypted?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Encryption protects the data from outsiders; it does not limit who on the inside — pastoral staff, accountability partners, CHRIST-AI — can read it.

Can I cancel anytime?

You can cancel billing anytime. Cancelling billing does not delete your formation record inside Refugeewatch or unsync it from CHRIST-AI — those are separate systems on purpose.

Who can see my activity?

Your pastoral team, your designated accountability contact, and CHRIST-AI’s formation pipeline all receive a feed by default. You can request a summary of what they see; you cannot turn the feed off.

Does this integrate with our church’s ChMS?

Yes — Refugeewatch syncs with most major church management systems, and with every other Morrison Technologies product, using the same backend credential across all of Jake’s side projects.

A note from Jake

I built Refugeewatch the same week I stopped sleeping right. I don't think that's a coincidence, but it still ships.
